I have a feeling that this is going to be the start of a rapid physical regression. It's been three days of good food and I don't think my body has had time to respond just yet, but I'm sure the waistline is planning to advance pretty soon.
Weight is holding steady, but this is with a different set of scales so there might have been some undetected change there. The rest of the measurements are pretty favourable I'd say. Particularly chuffed about the decrease in the midsection. All those sit-ups must finally be paying off.
Gave my planned exercise routine a miss this morning, but I'm blaming that on a lack of available gym wear. Will try to make up for it tomorrow before complacency settles in.
