Portable Entertainment

I've been looking for a second hand PSP for quite a while now and finally found one over the weekend. Picked this lovely beast up for $250 at EB in the city which is a little easier to swallow than full retail (I still don't think it's worth $400 for what you get).

Also grabbed a copy of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories which was on special. Stealing cars and plowing through innocent pedestrians is all good fun but this comes with the added bonus of hacking the PSP.

The downside of getting this PSP was that it didn't come with a pre version 2.0 firmware like I'd hoped so I can't hack games onto it until this here modchip comes out in Australia. Can't come soon enough if you ask me. Thank frag that modchips are legal in this country... for backups and the like.

Isn't it grand when your kids play nice together. DS cuddling the PSP. Bad thing about having shiney gadgets is they get finger prints and dust all over them. Need some surgical gloves to handle the darn thing without defacing it.

Oh, and my new supercard came in the mail last week too. It's heaps better because it sits flush and it isn't PINK. I suppose purple wouldn't have exactly been my first choice but at least this time it's not quite as visible.

All the family together. If only there were a DS lite among the mix...

The bad thing about the DS Lite (white) is that it doesn't like to play nice in your bag with newspapers.

Why? Because it's too small or because it gets dirty?

The enamel part is all fine. But where the screen hinges and the left and right index buttons dirty easily.
